Why We Are Hiring
We are a Japanese company operating a real estate business in the Middle East, with Abu Dhabi as our base. Drawing on the integrity, transparency and meticulous service that distinguish Japanese companies, we have steadily earned the trust of the local community and of investors.
In addition, since November 2024 we have been developing a resilience-oriented battery storage infrastructure business (Energy Business) in Japan. Our programme to replace the emergency diesel generators installed at some 200,000 sites nationwide with battery storage systems has only just begun. As these businesses grow, we are looking for people to build them with us.

- Design and development of large-scale battery storage systems
- Construction of integrated renewable energy systems

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or a related field
- Three or more years of hands-on experience in battery storage technology
- Experience using AutoCAD and SolidWorks
