As sole agent for MODON Properties, the Abu Dhabi government-backed developer behind Hudayriyat Island, Reem Island and other projects, we co-host seminars during its visits to Japan.

Two industry bodies — the National Federation of Real Estate Transaction Associations and the All Japan Real Estate Association — cover roughly 90% of the market. We approach their member lists nationwide and build established real estate companies with high-net-worth clients into an agent network.

BITEX handles every practical step — contracts, remittance, registration and handover — in Japanese. Agents can focus on proposals to their existing clients, with no customer acquisition costs.
Establishing Nationwide Brand Recognition
