In partnership with the national government, BITEX is advancing a large-scale energy modernization program that replaces emergency diesel generators at approximately 200,000 sites across Japan with battery energy storage systems (BESS). Solutions co-developed with CATL-KSTAR deliver highly reliable backup power — fuel-free, zero-emission and low-noise — to the critical loads of commercial and industrial facilities.

Battery Storage Conversion of Emergency Generators for Local Governments
We replace the emergency power supply of sites that cannot go dark in a disaster — government offices, evacuation centers, and water and sewage facilities — with BESS. Fuel stockpiles and refueling plans become unnecessary, and the systems can also be used for peak shifting in normal times.

BluePulse Series | Battery Energy Storage to Replace Diesel Generators
KAC80D2-SO / BC100DE2 / EMS01D
The BluePulse series is a battery energy storage solution designed to directly replace conventional diesel generation with no environmental burden. Combining a high-efficiency 88 kVA inverter with a 102.4 kWh CATL LFP battery cabinet, it delivers instant transfer, zero fuel consumption and a long service life.

Residential Battery Energy Storage
BlueSpark / BluE-S series
Hybrid inverters rated 3–6 kW single-phase and 4–12 kW three-phase. Up to eight 5.1 kWh battery packs (BP48100P1-G2) can be linked for a maximum of 40.8 kWh. Automatic EPS transfer in under 20 ms, VPP (virtual power plant) capability and a 200% DC/AC ratio. Up to 10,000 cycles, round-trip efficiency above 95.4%, IP65.

Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Battery Storage
60–416 kWh cabinet-type BESS
Available with air or liquid cooling, for indoor or outdoor installation, and serving both peak-shifting and backup duty. The KAC 20–50 DPL2 hybrid inverter is equipped with a generator (genset) connection terminal, supporting hybrid operation with — or replacement of — diesel generators.

Telecom & UPS Power
48 V rack batteries for telecom base stations
Indoor and outdoor rack types with 5.12–12.06 kWh per pack (100–314 Ah). 48 V systems (38.4 / 51.2 / 53 V) with up to 100 A charge and discharge. Outdoor units are rated IP54 with air conditioning and heating film, holding up to 10 packs per rack.

Ultra-Safe LFP Chemistry
Thermal runaway threshold of 800°C, against roughly 200°C for ternary NCM. A stable molecular structure eliminates the risk of sparking or ignition even in high-temperature environments.
Prismatic Metal Cells, Long Life
Aluminum prismatic casings give the cells a 20-year service life, against about 5 years for pouch or cylindrical cells. More than 8,000 cycles (80% SOH) substantially lowers LCOS.

R&D and Manufacturing
More than 630 R&D engineers (Shenzhen and Fuzhou), over 450 technical service staff, 128 technical service stations and service coverage in more than 20 countries.
Every pack uses only CATL aluminum prismatic cells, engineered to resist deformation and leakage with directional gas venting. Backed by a 10-year performance warranty and 100% pre-shipment aging tests.
