BITEX PROPERTY CLOUD
A cloud platform for managing UAE real estate investment from end to end
An in-house developed platform that unifies everything from property search in Abu Dhabi and Dubai to purchase procedures, document management, payment management and rental operations on a single screen. The client-facing and administrator screens share the same data, so every entry is reflected immediately. Built as a PWA (Progressive Web App), it also runs on smartphones and lets users switch between Japanese and English and between light and dark display.
AI Valuation and Market Analysis
AI estimates fair price, yield and relative value (CMA). We provide market reports based on closed transactions (comps), area-level functions and actual transaction data.
Transaction, Contract and Payment Management
Centralised management of the deal pipeline, contracts and incoming payments. Invoices and receipts are issued as PDFs in AED / USD / JPY, with automatic due-date reminders.
Clients, KYC and Portfolio
Clients, leads and KYC applications in one place. The holdings and investor views display asset value, occupancy rate and cash flow across the entire portfolio.
Operations and Communication Support
